This guide shows you how to integrate Hawkeye with PagerDuty.
Once the integration is configured, Hawkeye can create PagerDuty incidents based on Hawkeye test results by sending email alarms to PagerDuty.
New PagerDuty incidents contain Hawkeye test results and KPI’s from basic performance statistics to latency and Quality of Service (QoS) measurements strongly correlated with end-user impacting issues.
